Dr Scott Kolling graduated from the University of Florida in 1993 with a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry. His experiences gained both academically and athletically, as a member of the Florida Gators Football Team, opened many opportunities after graduation. After being helped through various sports injuries, by his own chiropractor in Florida, Dr. Kolling decided to fall back on his science background and continued his education in the chiropractic profession. He graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, TX in 2001

Dr. Kolling’s continuing education interests are in clinical orthopedics and rehabilitation. Utilizing his vast understanding of biochemistry and nutrition,

Dr. Kolling is very competent in advising a nutritional protocol for enhancing the recovery process for patients suffering from various injuries. Using his own background as an athlete, Dr. Kolling relates great perspective and talent when working with victims of trauma, sports related injuries and postural related spine problems.

Dr. Kolling was for 2005 and 2006 a member of the PGA tour medical team, treating the best professional golfers from around the world.

Dyan is our Clinic Manager and Insurance Specialist. We are very fortunate that she has joined our team. Being a Medical Technologist, Dyan has 25 years in every aspect of healthcare, ranging from anti-aging hormone therapy to traditional medicine. Dyan is very well equipped to accommodate most medicinal related questions, as well as any of your insurance concerns. Dyan is a weekend warrior, partaking in competitive bowling leagues, and occasionally hitting the links.

 

We currently have seven massage therapists in our clinic to help you with your soft tissue needs.

Our therapists schedules are flexible enough to be able to meet your needs from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays.

Dr. Spencer Newton received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M in Kinesiology, and is a proud alumni of Parker College of Chiropractic.  Dr. Newton has studied several chiropractic techniques pertaining to sports therapy, including trigger point and activator technique.

Dr. Newton is an avid hunter hitting the trails as often as possible, To Spencer the year is divided into four seasons, Deer, Quail, Turkey and Wild Boar seasons.

Kristie Bartoe has 2002 years experience as a massage therapist and has an amazing touch, from swedish to calm your nerves to Myofascial Release deep tissue bodywork that would remove any kink your body may have. She is also trained in many SPA procedures like Hot Stone Massage, and Detoxifying Body Wraps.  Kristie touch is described as “painfully delicious”

 

Dan Puig is our lead massage therapist, Dan has been in the health field Since 1992, through extensive training Dan has a thorough understanding of anatomy, physiology, and surgical procedures. He also possesses an understanding of medical treatments for musculo-skeletal problems. Dan's training is comprised of several massage techniques, including: Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Re-education, Soft Tissue Release, Active Release Technique, Deep Tissue Massage, Myopractic Technique, Esalen, Therapeutic Stretching, Cranio-Sacral, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release,  and Prenatal Massage.  Dan has performed over 30,000 massages and counting in his career.  With his training and experience Dan can meet any demand, from the most relaxing put you to sleep massage, to deep tissue injury relief and active release technique for pain relief from chronic problems.

Ashley Rasco is our Assistant Manager, and Dyan’ s left hand.  Most of your appointments will be set through Ashley as well as reminder calls for your scheduled appointments.  Ashley is overqualified for her job, but she does not know it and we don’t plan to tell her.  She has excellent attention to detail with occasional bouts of dyslexia.  Ashley is a great team player and will go out of her way to try to answer any question you may have, she has ADD, so speak fast, so she doesn’t loose you.

Heather Buffington has been practicing since 2005 has an uncanny ability to find any knot your body may have. Her soft and powerful touch can soothe your stress and relax every muscle.  Heather is trained in Deep Tissue Massage,  Myofascial Release, Therapeutic Stretching and Relaxing Swedish Massage

Angela Claiborne is one of our Aesthetician/Massage Therapist, she performs facials and cranio-sacral therapy for body/mind balancing. Angela has 6 years experience as an Aesthetician, her knowledge of product along with her skilled touch makes her an invaluable asset to our team. Angela also performs Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Swedish Massage, and Detoxifying Body Wraps.  She is our intuitive guru, and master of Reiki energy balancing.

Fernanda Hitchcock moved to the US from Brasil in '04 and has been a therapist since '06. She has a love for helping our patients, in her therapy sessions she can go from soft to deep touch, depending on your needs.  Her typical massage is a combination of relaxation and deep tissue massage which makes her session an experience to remember.

Jere Dowell began her massage career in 1998.  Since then, she has continued to expand her knowledge in different massage modalities. Her greater intention is always to bring balance back to her client’s body in a way which suits them at the moment, keeping in mind that we are each individual.  Jere is dual licensed in aesthetics and gives phenomenal facials, is a complete guru in waxing, and she can help guide you with your skin care needs.

Joanna Bunn is our newbee to the clinic and has been a therapist since 2008, but her skills are way beyond her experience.  She is nationally certified by NCTMB, and graduated in '07 from Centenary College of Louisiana with a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science / played Division I college soccer 4 years (2 as captain).  Her experience as an athlete as well as with physical therapy as an intern, and recovering from her own ACL replacement surgery, has influenced the way she works.  She is skilled in therapeutic stretches as well as exercises to help prevent further injury.
